Ingredients:
2eggs
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped capsicum
Salt
Black pepper
Crushed red chilli
1tbsp oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
How to?
Whisk everything together ,pour the mixture in a mug and microwave for 2minutes.Done!
You can also add in jalapeno and sprinkle some oregano and cheese on the top .I topped it with sriracha chilli sauce and sweet chilli sauce .
Breakfast in a mug!
