Last night my son was asking for pizza,just then it occurred to me that i should stock up some chicken salami.Not to mention it always comes handy for lunch boxes, sandwiches,pizza toppings,canape's,snacking and what not.Also zero oil and zero carb involved so double bonus. So here we go super quick and super easy homemade recipe.
Ingredients: boneless chicken,salt,chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste,green chilli |
1) Chopperize the chicken and green chilli in a food processor |
2) Add in salt, red chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste |
3) Mix everything together |
4) Fold the aluminum foil to make a double layer so that water doesn't leak in while boiling |
5) Wrap it like a toffee |
6) Boil it for 15-20mins.Let it cool down at room temperature then refrigerate it for couple of hours |
7) VOILA!!! |
