Diamonds are girls' best friend?? NO. Correction. Chocolate is girls' best friend.Chocolate dessert minus the refined sugar,butter,flour calories,who would say no to that !! Here we have it,low carb dark chocolate pudding,no dairy,simple and  quick,packed with omega 3 ,iron and calcium.I like mine with cuppa coffee in late afternoon hours. Ingredients: dark chocolate,chia seeds,almond milk,honey Mix everything and refrigerate  Enjoy with toppings 💓

Berry Chia Jam

Slow but steady I have been making lots of healthy lifestyle changes lately.Quitting refined sugar for good being one of those changes.But no compromise on my berry jam love!! This berry chia jam actually involves only 2 ingredients.NO refined sugar, NO pectin/gelatin,NO artificial flavour/colour,NO preservatives. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day because brain and muscles need nutrients to function to get through the day,also it helps control cravings later in the day. Morning intake of berries is clearly a very healthy choice.Berries aren't  the top choice of all the nutritionists and dieticians for no reason.Berries are rich in antioxidants which help the body fight against the oxidative stress caused by free radicals that can lead to illness.Strawberries are rich in vitamin C .Raspberries contains ellagic acid which is said to have anti-cancer properties.Blueberries are rich in vit K and anthocyanins that make memory sharp and delay ageing! Berrylicious bliss balls

Berry bliss balls because i am a mom and my kids refuse to eat fruits and i never stop trying to trick them.This one is for I's lunchbox.Also it makes a healthy snack ( no added sugar/ gluten free) for afternoon hours when energy level drops,this serves as an instant "pick me up" snack with tea/coffee. STEP 1:  Gather the ingredients Oats toasted on a pan/oven with coconut oil. Berries (i have used frozen ones) Dates (deseeded) Peanut butter Desiccated coconut Almonds (or any nuts you have on hand) Sunflower seeds  STEP 2 : In a bowl puree' the berries and mix in peanut butter and mashed dates. STEP 3: Mix in toasted oats,nuts and seeds,coconut scraping, shape the mixture into balls.Store in air tight container in the refrigerator.

It has been couple of weeks since i last read a book,picked up this one over the weekend.just started ,hope to finish during this week.Just a casual book based on social analysis/ spirit of community/herding/The hubs/online communities. Here I give you a guilt-free pizza recipe.Your taste buds will thank me.You're welcome 😉 Ingredients : (serves 1/ personal pan size) For crust: almond flour 4 tbsp 1egg Toppings: salami/chicken chunks capsicum olives jalepeno tomato marinara sauce cheddar cheese Preparation 1) Mix egg and almond flour together 2) Cook on a pan like a pancake 3) Pour marinara sauce and put toppings chicken salami,jalapeno,mushroom,cheese. 4) Microwave for a min/ until cheese melts.

                                                                                    Last night my son was asking for pizza,just then it occurred to me that i should stock up some chicken salami.Not to mention it always comes handy for lunch boxes, sandwiches,pizza toppings,canape's,snacking and what not.Also zero oil and zero carb involved so double bonus. So here we go super quick and super easy homemade recipe.
