Weight-loss series: how to avoid weight gain during holidays

Disclaimer: This post is not a holiday fun buster,i promise! Obviously holiday is the time to unwind & enjoy and break the rules,but when you are on a fitness journey and have been putting in efforts and it's all going well and suddenly a holiday comes up and the million dollar question arises how to not get carried away when you're going to be surrounded with treats and exotic food for a couple of weeks!
